36,000 people die each year in America from guns. How many must die before we wake up and realize that we are entering the 21st Century, and not stuck in 1776! The 2nd amendment was intended for us to be able to protect our borders and ourselves during times when our government could not always do this for us. This is quite obviously no longer necessary. We need gun control, and we need it now!
